AMAZING GYM! All of the instructors, classes, and people at Superior are awesome and just the type of people you want to surround yourself with. Michelle created an environment where everyone is welcomed and part of the family. The classes are challenging and the instructors are so motivating. I have always enjoyed working out, but now it is part of my lifestyle thanks to Superior. Superior is the place to go! :)

Before joining Superior Fitness in 2018 I had never even stepped into a gym, but I wanted to change my eating habits and start exercising. On a friend's recommendation I signed up for a Challenge at Superior Fitness and it changed my life for the better. The instructors take the time to explain every exercise and help to modify them when needed. The classes are filled with the the most amazing and inspiring people. There is never any judgment only encouragement. Thank you Michelle, Jenny and all of the amazing coaches for making Superior Fitness a place where we look forward to coming every day.

Definitely the best gym around! All the trainers are amazing! Michelle the owner has made this place more like a family place rather then just a gym. Everyone is there to support each other and not only are we there for an awesome workout but have fun while doing it! I definitely recommend Superior Fitness! This has been the best decision for myself and my wife to join!
