Both my boys joined. The instructors are on point, encouraging, positive, and excellent role models. They give attention to detail, every class. It is a clean, welcoming, and respectful school. Classes are always on time and interactive. Thank you!!

Excellent school and training. For kids, the program is wonderful. My son is special needs and the instructors work very well with him. He needs instructions explained slowly, one step at a time and multiple times. They accommodate his every need. The Muay Thai program and adult jujitsu program provide both an excellent workout and strategies for protecting ones self. I highly recommend the school for children and adults.

Tong Dragon is more than a martial arts school, its a family. Mr. Colon and all of the staff are highly motivated and dedicated to building a team and family atmosphere for the students and their family. I trust them to instruct and support my children for the last 8 years and I am so happy to be a part of the Tong Dragon family. We enrolled our son at Tong Dragon when he was 4 years old. Beginning in the Little Dragons class, and now having worked his way up to the Kids Advanced class, he has had an amazing experience throughout. Mr. Colon and his staff are engaging, patient, supportive, and fun with all of their students. They take the time to recognize each child's needs and give an extra push or pep talk whenever it's needed. Our son has always left class feeling accomplished and excited for the next class. MMA teaches him respect, responsibility, and wonderful self defense and safety skills. We are extremely pleased with the school and are eager to watch our son continue to grow.

Fantastic school that I really can't say enough good things about. The owner, Eric Colon, has decades of experience in multiple fighting styles, and (unlike some places) is present and instructing at almost all times. The instruction from everyone is truly top notch. You always feel welcome and are treated like family from both students and staff alike. I encourage anyone reading to make a life changing decision and try the place out. You won't be disappointed!
