I needed a new car badly. I came to Lester Glenn unsure of what I wanted and what my options were. My salesperson, Frank Guzman, did an amazing job of guiding me through the entire process. He was patient with me as I explored all options from used cars to leasing new. At no point did he make me feel pressured into a decision. His advisory and consultative approach helped me arrive at the decision to lease a 2021 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited. In the end, I got the perfect car for me and my family, while also getting a great deal that was more than fair for us. I highly recommend Frank and the rest of the Lester Glenn team.
I would 100% recommend Lester Glenn. FRANK was EXTREMELY professional, helpful and accommodating with my new Jeep Grand Cherokee purchase! He was very knowledgeable and polite. He made the entire car buying process easy and answered all of my questions. I definitely recommend asking for Frank to assist you when looking to purchase a new car. I LOVE my new Jeep !
I recently bought my car from here after looking for months and traveling all over New Jersey. The staff at Lester Glenn were by far the best staff we have come by! Mike, our salesman, was great and very helpful in explaining the entire process to us step by step, since we were first time buyers. They were very efficient and everyone we came in contact with was extremely nice. I would definitely recommend anyone to buy a car from here! I will definitely be back!
First let me say I really liked this dealership in the past. I currently have a Dodge leased vehicle with them. Just recently one of their sales representatives got in touch with me about options when my lease ends in a couple of months. The representative/ lady talked a good one the first time we talked. I found myself calling her about doing this deal. She stated that she would call me back with some numbers on a new car, and if the numbers are good, would I consider purchasing: my response was yes. Several days went by, no response. I eventually called the representative and she blamed it on the manager. She said the manager was supposed to call me. Which made no sense to me because she said she would call me back, and she's doing the deal not her manager. I know better because I've owned over a dozen cars. Its sad because my first experience with Lester Glenn was great. I feel bad giving the two stars, but there is more to this story, I don't want to get no in trouble. Due to the lack of jobs, but this particular sales representative needs better training. Because of my experience with her I don't know if I'm going to do another purchase from here. Very unprofessional!!!
I recently got a new leased Jeep! Anthony (aka- Wolf) was my sales associate. He was great! He went above and beyond to find a car that aligned with my interests/needs. He was friendly, caring and understanding. Going to car places is something that usually stresses me out however, I found myself smiling from start to finish at Lester Glenn. The Lester Glenn facility was also clean, organized, and had an amazing coffee machine :) haha Thanks Wolf!
