The worst customer service! At time of purchase Matt was very courteous and helpful...even said he would overnight the title paperwork so we'd have it right away.nThen after he made a mistake with DMV which delayed him receiving the paperwork he constantly lied and gave the run around. Ultimately 10 days after expired temp. plates not only did he NOT OVERNIGHT the title but mailed it to the wrong address!!! UghnNo accountability and cheap to help with customer satisfaction.nWould Not Ever recommend him...snake like service- if you can't keep your word on something small then that reflects on the quality of trusting what you sell.
