Great service! Very knowledgeable mechanics who explain everything that needs to be done and absolutely don't force you to do anything that is unnecessary for car maintenance. They get the card on in a timely fashion as well! Highly recommend them!

My family has purchased four cars from Auto Lenders, Toms River since 2010. The salesman Eric has always been a pleasure to work with. We have been happy with each purchase so far and will likely go back to them in the future. Our most recent purchase was a Jeep Cherokee in November 2019.nnIn the beginning of August, during Tropical Storm Isaias, the Jeep was in the Auto Lenders parking lot for maintenance work when two trees had fell on it. They had a tree company come to remove the tree, but we could not go after Auto Lender's insurance because it was an act of nature. The sales people, along with the service department were very remorseful.nnWe asked Auto Lenders if they would take some responsibility and cover our $1,000.00 insurance deductible, and they ended up agreeing to pay half. They also offered a discount on a future vehicle purchase. This was a very nice gesture and we are grateful to them. The corporate office did an excellent job with handling the situation.

Have purchased 2 cars from this location. Both purchases went great. I was able to have the car I found online at another Auto Lenders moved to my local Auto Lenders. Test drove the car within 5 minutes of our arrival and about 2 hours later we drove it off the lot. Our salesman Joel was great to work with. Gave us all the information we needed to make our decision without any pushy up sell. Will purchase from them again I'm sure.
