I've been buying cars for over 40 years and this has truly been the best buying experience thanks to Joe and his team at Downs Ford in Tom's River. They were responsive, courteous and offered by far the best deal of all the other dealerships I shopped. Everything was done by phone and online for the smoothest and easiest transaction ever - they delivered the car right to my driveway and picked up the trade and were true to their word throughout the process. Thank you guys for a great car at at a great value!

Purchased a used Jeep Wrangler that came with a hard top and a soft top.nWhen I got home I realized there were some parts for the soft top missing, I called them and they did call me back and said they do not see the parts but would keep looking and call me back. They did not call back. They lost the parts and now I need to spend an additional $400 to get what I already paid a lot for. They could have handles this much better, other than that the buying process was fine.

Maria was amazing. The dealership was so friendly and more than helpful, they were not pushy and made the process so easy. Maria walked me through everything including how to use the cars features and she was a pure delight. Thank you and John so much as I love my new Ford!

I continue to rely upon the team at Downs Ford to service several of our cars including my Lincoln MKS. Needed new tires, alignment and oil change. All it took was a simple phone call where I was greeted by Patty who immediately knew who I was and greeted me as if I was the most important customer. She passed me along to Mike W to discuss the tires. Mike offered to research some options and to call back with some quotes that we could discuss. A brief time later Mike and I reviewed some proposals on the tires and quickly agreed to a selections and quickly made an appointment. I dropped off my car the night before and before lunch the next day Mike W called to let me know all work was complete. We reviewed the cost details and arranged for credit card payment over the phone.nJust another example of the excellent, personal service from the Downs Ford service team. Always a thorough, fair deal from people who know the various Ford or Lincoln vehicles that I own.

I had an issue on the day before Thanksgiving and the service department did everything possible to help me out. Turned out to be a recall. They took care of the issue in record time. Thanks to Patti and Mike!!!nThank you so much I will recommend Downs Ford.
