To say Doug Lazaro is amazing is an understatement!! This weekend we purchased two vehicles from him. The amount of time, effort and attention he gave to me and my boyfriend can never be put into words. This was our first purchase together and he made it seamless! My mother and I have purchased two other vehicles from him, and I would never ever think of going anywhere but to Doug and Honda of Toms River!! The entire team was spectacular, but Doug was truly our angel!! I will never forget how the kindness of this man made a dream purchase a reality! Thank you is simply not enough !

Customer service was awesome. I waited for a part that was on back order and every 2-3 days got an update when it was expected to arrive. I couldn’t be happier using this Honda dealership! The staff is really helpful and There for The customer. Tom was exceptionally helpful with all my issues. I would recommend anyone with a Honda to use this dealership. If you don’t have a Honda come here to get one, you won’t regret it!

This was the first time I went to Honda of Toms River. Everyone was so pleasant and informative. What I was having done on my car with going to take a little while so they had someone drive me back to my house. And call me when the car was finished. And then came and drove me back to the dealership. The work was done to my satisfaction. I would definitely recommend having your car serviced there

Love the team at Honda of Toms River!! Everyone was very helpful with the purchase of my new Honda CR-V, and continue to be when I need an oil change or service. Great selection of new and used cars to choose from, and they walked me through a few options to see what worked best for me and my needs! Great customer service, I would highly recommend to anyone in the market!

PLEASE READ! I rarely write reviews let alone one-star reviews but could not let this one pass. I went in for a routine oil change. My first two visits were fine but before my third and last visit I received a call from the dealership asking if I would be interested in a free vehicle appraisal, I told them repeatedly I wasn’t interested.nAfter going for my oil change, my car was making weird sounds and the Low Oil Pressure light would constantly appear on the dashboard. I ignored it initially knowing that I just got an oil change done. After a few days of this occurring I went back in to check it out. This guy Tom (a total snake) came back telling me that my motor is shoot and there was absolutely no oil in my engine and that my car was burning oil. He also said as a courtesy they put some oil in it since it was empty.nAll this seemed so odd. Tom continued by telling me that to fix this problem it would cost upwards of $3000 and it that I would be better off trading it in for a new car. Instantly I put all the pieces together and saw what these despicable people were trying to do.nThe very next day I went to another dealership to redo my oil change and they informed that who ever did my last oil change filled it up to a level that is harmful to the engine and can be extremely dangerous to be driving it at its current level. I was beyond furious at the lengths Honda of Toms River would go to make a sale. They put my life at risk.nTurns out my engine is not “burning oil.” After realizing this I immediately speak to Rich the manager at Honda of Toms River to share with him this disturbing news. To my surprise he reacted in the most unprofessional way. From the start of our call he did not allow me to finish a thought, he was talking over and yelling at me and insisting that he did nothing wrong. Rich acted like a child. I expect more from a manager! I can’t believe I even walked into this place to begin with. I share my experience with you all as a warning. Please don’t deal with these monsters and save yourselves from a very likely heartache.
