I keep my cars for a very long time. My last one was 18 years old. I knew pretty much what I wanted before walking into gateway. I’m also not fond of salesmen that follow you around and I usually get annoyed very quickly. NOT the case here. We made and appointment with Jim. Very friendly helpful and not pushy at all. He didn’t have what I wanted on the lot but he found one and had it there in two days.nI would highly recommend this dealership and Jim.

We had an awesome experience here, with everyone we dealt with. I highly recommend our salesman, Jim Dennis. He was kind, friendly, patient, and extremely knowledgeable about the vehicles. After the purchase he thoroughly went over the features of the car, and followed up to see if we had any questions a few days later. I would recommend this place to any of my family and friends!

I purchased a 2020 Highlander at Gateway Toyota in July. Our salesperson, John Lucky was professional and knowledgeable! I felt comfortable at this dealership and think they did a reasonable job ensuring the health and well being of their staff and customers. Mr. Lucky was able to find me the exact car we wanted without the pricey accessories we didn't want. Taking delivery was about as painless as could be. Their parts and service areas appeared clean and well organized. Overall, a very pleasant car buying experience.

First service of new leased car. Satisfactory, but spraying a car with water is not washing it. Why bother? I know it wasn't really washed.nSecond review. Beware, I received a written offer for a new lease yesterday and when I went there after calling first to make sure the offer would be HONORED they tried a bait and switch. Suddenly the car offered me is no longer available? Don't believe their inventory sells out in 3 hours time. Tried to sell me a higher priced car and the sales manager Greg Repose was unprofessional and very aggressive towards me. Will not go back except to turn my lease in April and will go elsewhere. Haven't found an honest dealership yet.
