The entire staff was very professional, and knowledgeable. They followed all CDC guidelines during these difficult times and they are caring and understanding. Mike Amarando was my salesman. He was excellent. I could not have asked for a better experience. Courteous, professional, understanding. He laid everything out for me and explained everything with great detail. Found a vehicle on Lester Glenn's website. Tried to purchase the same vehicle from two other dealerships, but just got jerked around, before finally going to Lester Glenn. Called and negotiated a price over the phone. They agreed to hold the vehicle for two business days without a deposit so we could transfer some money to pay for the vehicle. Made an appointment to pick up the vehicle. They were waiting for us, went for a test drive, and bought the vehicle. The test drive, dealer paperwork, insurance verification, etc., all took about 2 1/2 hours and we drove home in the new vehicle! Absolutely no hassles and no attempts to up the price after we arrived, which was $1K less than either of the other two dealer's offers!! Best new car buying experience ever...should have come here FIRST!!!

Bernie Helme, Bill Peak, And Kerry Monica are the best in the business, hands down. I own a Subaru, not even a Gm model but that didn’t stop these guys from going out of the way to help me with ALL of my service needs, It’s so rare to find any business where people actually care about the customers. Whether its sales or service you would be hard pressed to find a dealership that could compete with these guys! Thanks Bernie and the rest of the LGAG team!

Best buying experience I've have encountered in quite some time. From my sales person down everyone was knowledgeable, experienced and hospitable. Definitely would repeat my car/truck shopping experience here again.
