I would give this dealership a negative if I could. They don't even deserve one star. DO NOT PURCHASE VEHICLES FROM TOMS RIVER MITSUBISHI! They will rip you off and their customer service is horrible. Just try calling the front desk, you will need to press zero at least 20 times before a nasty woman picks up and tells you someone will get back to you. Guess what, they don't get back to you. And let's not even talk about the sales and finance department. They screwed everything up down to papers with DMV. They don't care. Your just a number. Dont allow yourself to get treated like one.
Tom & Izabella are great to work with. They made ever part of the buying a car experience super smooth and easy! Great communication. Would definitely buy from them again!
My Service writer was fantastic she kept me informed all the time I was upset that most people did not wear their face mask even management I was under the impression that everyone had to wear a mask in a commercial work place but I was very satisfied with my service writer and service.
