WOW!!!! AMAZING EXPERIENCE!!! James and the finance team were absolutely awesome! James was the most personable, patient, kind, easy, and helpful salesman I've ever worked with. I've never had a car buying experience go any better than the one we had yesterday. I HIGHLY recommend Toms River Volkswagen for a painless and smooth purchase/lease process. Whether you want to buy or lease, they will work with you and if all of their salesman/saleswoman and finance members are as easy and amazing to work with as James was, you won't want to go anywhere else. Came in looking for a White Jetta SE for my girlfriend and spoke with Tommy in Sales and he by far exceeded our expectations of a salesman. Super nice, down to earth and 100% real. Very personable on all levels. I would recommend all my friends and family to go in and talk with Tommy for anything Volkswagen. Frank the sales manager was great and Matt in finance at no surprise, put the icing on the cake and was just as great to deal with. These guys know what there doing over and here. Nowhere else to buy a Volkswagen. Thank you all again. I’ll be back for another.

My first time ever buying a car from a dealership, my dad came with me for help but James was super great and did everything he could to get me into a new car that I liked. Originally was looking at the deal they had for the 2020 jetta but then after seeing my credit wasn't as good as I thought (be careful of credit karma and other apps!), that one didn't work out but we wer able to find a 2017 that I loved and it was very taken care of with super low miles, still a jette AND in the grey I wanted! Everyone there was very nice, i wasnt pressured into buying and extras for the car and my dad who's more experienced with dealerships said this was the EASIEST car deal he's ever gone through. Would highly recommend and may go back when its time for a new one!

This is the worst experience I’ve ever had. They keep trying to sell me a car, but when I ask for the price they say they, “don’t have access”, every single time. They also say they can’t provide pictures but keep asking me to call. When looking at other reviews, it is super obvious this is a very shady dealership. I’d avoid it if you want an honest or pleasant experience.

I called ahead of time to make sure they were on schedule. They assured me they were. We waited over an hour and a half for an oil change. But that wasn't the worst part. There were very FEW employees wearing masks. I confronted the manager after running into two female employees without masks. He assured me they are supposed to but then did nothing about it. To top it off, they wrote up things on my car report that weren't true, then blamed it on the fact that 3 mechanics were sharing a computer and it was meant for a different car! Shady as all hell! I will never bring my car there again!
