Well don't come after 10PM because the gate closes and you can't get in and I found out the hard way, I had a load of stuff and I had to jump the fence to put the code in on the other side so it would open and we got a call the next day to not do that again or they will call the law but other than that it seems like a pretty good storage place

Joe cutler left a bad review cause he doesn’t understand simple instructions. I had to call and get it settled and it was a very simple, he just didn’t understand. Thank you for your help.

Renting a unit here is simple and convenient they are nice and clean but i haven't been able to get into mine yet because their lock will not come off. Very aggregated

Had a problem with getting our lock after purchasing it. Called Jami and she sent over a lady who was on site and she took care of us. Then we had issues getting to our storage container as the gate wouldn’t open with our code. Again, has to Jami and there was an issue after they updated? Anyway, both ladies, I sure do wish I could remember the lady at the facility’s name, both did an awesome job! Even after the 5th phone call! Glad we came here to rent out storage unit.

Still can't get in my unit you all need to get that lock off for me so I can replace with one I bought would appreciate it if you would
