I was surprised that after 1pm the drive-thru was still busy.

We was greeted as we walked in and said he will be with you in a minute. So we stood at the counter to be waited on. The lady was working drive thru by her self another lady running around in back. Also a young man making sandwiches. About 8 minutes go by. Then the lady around around in back comes up front and said be right with you guys. Walks out side empty handed. I said I bet she just went on break. So we left SURE ENOUGH SMOKING TEN MINUTES IN LINE NO-ONE EVEN BOTHERED TO TAKE OUR ORDER.

To be honest I've only been through the drive thru. That being said the order has always been right, and the staff friendly.
