I highly recommend Concepcion bridal.nThey were very kind to me, respected my budget and allowed me to take my time. Thelma & her daughter Thelma are some of the sweetest people. With less than a month notice, they helped me find a dress and ensured the alterations will be done before my wedding. She even gave me a discount on alterations because I came back for the second time and found & bought my dress. They dont rush if someone runs over on their appointment time. They truly care about how you feel in the dress on your special day.

My friend of mine referred me to this place and didn't feel very welcomed. I was looking for a dress on a budget. I was told that I had to make an appointment to try anything on even though I was the only one in the shop. I even showed up 15 minutes after their listed store hours and their were still closed. A lady meet me outside saying to give her a minute to open which I patiently did. But once in the store and shopping I felt like I wasn't wanted. I was texting my friend to find out her ETA and was rudely told that I could not take pictures, which I wasn't even doing. I decided to leave and go to Kay's Bridal down the street and was given great customer service without making an appointment. I will not be back, I'm disappointed with the customer service I received, considering I was in the position to buy if I found what I was looking for and I did find a few I would have liked to try on.

My experience with Concepcion bridal was amazing and I’m so happy for the service and for the attention and i highly recommended concept bridal and my dress was amazing and I felt beautiful like a princess and I came here when I was little to get my dress for my baptism and first communion and now for my sweet 15 and thank Telma for everything

Earlier this year I was frustrated that I was not able to find the dress of my dreams. I’ve looked everywhere in the Kansas City area as well as some places in Columbia. A friend recommended me to conception bridal. She said I wouldn’t have to worry about finding a dress anymore. As soon as I walked into the store the owner ,Telma, greeted me with a warm smile. I had given her some ideas on the dresses that I liked and she told me that they didn’t have the exact style but she worked with me on being able to customise and alter it to my please. The dress she showed me had everything I wanted but was just missing sleeves. Telma customised the dress for me and put the sleeves on and now it looks like an entirely different dress. It fit perfectly and it looked exactly how I dreamed of. She knows how to make brides Happy and say yes to the dress. 5 stars to Telma she was absolutely wonderful. I recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a wedding dress. GREAT prices and a very large selection as well as great service.
