McCarthy blew me away with customer service. I bought from McCarthy out of state and they did everything they could to help me out. I dealt with Creighton who took videos of the truck for me and even threw in a little extra. Wayne their sales manager was super easy to work with and really helped me out. Kendal in financing is super nice and helped me in every way she could. All of this was over text/phone and it was so smooth. I highly recommend McCarthy for your next vehicle.

Our sales person Jeff was patient, very good at listening to our needs and was not pushy or trying to force a sale. We feel we got an excellent deal and car. I am especially satisfied because our new C-HR is great. Smooth ride, sharp design and most of all Toyota reliability. We did have one glitch with the financing, but credit to McCarthy Toyota, we still received the deal we agreed upon. Dane, a salesman, promptly came out to our car to see if we needed any assistance. We were looking for a truck we'd seen advertised on Facebook. He gave us the information and told us about several other trucks there and said he could access many more trucks in our range if we were interested. Extremely pleasant and knew what he was doing as a salesman, but wasn't pushy at all which we appreciated. If you are looking for a Toyota shop with Dane! Highly Recommend!
