These folks are great. I don't know how they do it, but they hire exceptional employees. I've never had anything but great service here.nnThe food is...well...it's Sonic! Great hot dogs, popcorn chicken and diet cherry limeades.
Love Sonic, especially the onion rings. Got the strawberry tea. Was wonderful but they always put so much ice in the glass you don't really get much to drink.
Fast, and tasty feel good food that always hits the spot! It's always a good great time for a burger.
I ordered ahead using the Sonic mobile app and checked in when I got there. Shortly after checking in the order screen showed that the car hop was on the way with my order. I watched as customers who arrived after I did, who order after they got there in both the stalls and drive-thru, receive their orders while in still waiting for my order. I waited between 15 and 20 minutes at which time I had to leave without the food I had already paid for so I could make it to work on time. My girlfriend called the manager for me and was told that mobile orders are not a priority. At this time I don't know if I will receive a refund or any type of compensation and I'm obviously quite unhappy with my experience.
