Worst ever service clearly Spee-dee delivery has a misconception on what customer service is.nnHad a package that was sent to me returned to sender without ever attempting to make the delivery.nnAttempting to speak to someone the operator put you on hold after 1.5 hours on hold I decided that maybe I should write a review.nnI have requested that on their website for someone to contact me 2 days ago and yet nothing?nnPathetic
I rarely leave bad reviews but I've never had a good experience. Updates to tracking have never occurred initially and any willingness to work thru a problem was nonexistent. You required me to call my shipper to update an address mistake, fair enough. Even when that was done the decision was already made in less than 2 hrs to have the entire package sent back. Completely dismissing the fact that the shipper called to correct the address. Creating a massive wait time for items I ordered. I will make sure that I do not recommend your company to any folks that ask which there have already been a few coworkers and I myself will cease all business. Every shipping company I've done business with offers atleast one reattemp at delivery in my experience. I would suggest you look at the same regardless of the package type or your personal opinions on the package type.
Efficient deliveries, good communication and service with drivers!
One of the worst delivery companies to work with. Waited over 30 min to talk to a representative twice about a package which was delivered to the wrong place. When the custom service representative came on the phone she scolded me telling me I was wrong the address was shipped correctly and it's the same as where is was delivered. I live there abs know, it's not! Unreal!!! Now I have to track my package down
A simple email with weight and dimensions of package and a credit card was all it took to get my package shipped faster than Post Office at half the price. My cousin and I send things back and forth frequently. I love that their driver will come to my door to pick things up because I am disabled.
