They for got some of the food
Pretty good for fast food.
Burritos were cold when I got them this review was from 8 months ago that is how long it has been since I visited this Sonic which in the town where I live. Tonight I pulled in tired and hungry after a long day at work. I wanted 2 of the # 3's super sonic sized one with fries and a dr pepper the other with onion rings and a sweet tea. I ended up cancelling my order which would have totaled over 30 dollars due to the rudeness being projected from the person taking my order. Apparently I was bothering her in some way shape or form she seemed extremely annoyed at even having to go the the process of taking an order. I was happy to take my hard earned money and go down the street to McDonald's who greet me with Welcome Back! Order when you are ready! The Sonic in Portageville truly needs to work on their customer service skills. It will probably be another 8 months before I try dining at this Sonic again. Subway and McDonald's will continue to earn my repeat business.
I spilled my ice coffee purchase just as I returned home. Enjoying Sonic's cold brewed coffee in the mornings plus the 2nd one with in 5 days this had happened in my presence, I returned with large broken cup and told the pleasant manager, plus she knew I buy my morning ice brewed coffee there everyday. She was gracious enough in listening to my coffee accident that my coffee was remade and with no charge. God Bless her I thought. Sincerely Miss Laws
It was late and we had been on the road for hours the staff was so friendly and the food was hot and fresh awesome job
