I really appreciated the staff here, including the guys who take you to the launch and pack up your equipment when you arrive back. They were all very friendly. The bar made good drinks and the view from the landing was great.nnHowever, the facilities are very bad. Our rooms smelled musty and were perpetually damp due to the window AC units not removing moisture. There was hardly any hot water. The rooms were seriously outdated and falling apart. The floors were dirty, as were the bathrooms. For the price you pay to rent a room, I would expect a much better experience. Road side motels are nicer and a 1/4 of the cost.nnYou also have no access to the water when the staff are not there. They chain off everything so don’t plan on doing any swimming or fishing early morning or late evening.nnIf you are going here to camp, I think this would be a great place. If you are wanting a room, you may want to look elsewhere.

We had a dinner by Brandy Barstow that was incredibly delicious. The Chef’s Table was cute and inviting. We had drinks on the deck afterwards. Awesome place and great service. This is a hidden gem in our Ozarks.

Spent memorial weekend here camping. Everyone was friendly and the restrooms/shower house were clean and sanitized often. Great family environment. Felt like the good ol days. My husband said Malichi was very hospitable. If you’re looking for a nice getaway with a small group this is the best place.

Beautiful place to visit on the north fork river. There's fishing, canoeing, kayaking, and just fun. When you get hungry go in to the restaurant and get a bite to eat.

The Cotton Gin Inn was clean and cool and the staff was nice. Trip was good!
