got 2 of the prime NY strips and they were by the best steaks I've ever gotten from a butcher and would easily compete against some of the $50 steaks in Kansas City. would definitely recommend

The Night Shift Summer Sausage was excellent. Also made burgers with the house ground beef which was very good.

Product and staff have always been great. They advertise open till 7 and on Monday the 12,/23/19 we went by after work and they were closed by 4. So we decided to go by the morning of the 24th and they had apparently decided to close that day and Christmas day. There were a number of cars and people with the same idea. We went as did the others we talked with to a different market poor policy from my viewpoint.

We had a delicious brisket sandwich and took home filet medallions to grill...so tender and flavorful. Simply the best!
