I ordered from this location on Main Street tonight. I got the ultimate club with no ham. Got it home and there was 1 piece of turkey on it. Called the store to let them know and the girl says on your receipt there should be a survey for you to take. She didn’t even try to make it right or anything. I will never go there again. Very poor customer service in my opinion.nnUpdated: owner fixed the issue. Usually my experience is really good but this night was not and I had a really long day at work so I was mad. Normally this is a great place. I will definitely return. Thank you.
Tropical smoothie is the best! I love their menu and their staff is so kind. The first time I ordered delivery they have me an extra wrap with a nice note. I was having a terrible day and they made it better. The smoothies and food are great. They have smoothies that are actually healthy and not just full of sugar.
While I absolutely love tropical smoothie , every time I come to this location my food is undercooked and cold. it's just too busy and they always rush making my food
