Convenient but overpriced

Stopped here on the way back from Oklahoma. When I pulled in I used the app to order, figuring it was easier than trying to relay multiple orders. Un the app it showed a small cheddar pepper for $1.49 so I clicked on the add, ordered two and other things and while waiting for the order I noticed that I had been charged full price. When the order came out I told the carhop. He told me that he had no idea so I told him to ask his manager. When he came back out he told me that I didn't use the coupon in the app and that it was my fault, and then walked away. Talk about poor customer service. I'm giving two stars for their lack of customer service, and can only say that the food was good.

Fast and friendly like most Sonic's I've been to, but with entrances/exits on two different streets, it might be my favorite Sonic location.
