The cashier was friendly and kind. However, before pumping the gas I went in to ask what the difference was between the unleaded that sells for $1.49 and the Plus 3 listed at $1.33. I wanted to know if it would hurt my Toyota, Avalon to use that instead, since the price was way lower. The cashier did not know, but her husband was there and he said he worked pumping gas from the ground and knew a lot about it. He said that there was no difference. So I filled my tank, only to discover that the pump charged me $1.939 per gallon. The fill was $6.08 more than it would have been at the advertised $1.339 per gallon. I went in to tell them I wanted a refund. Having been a retail manager for 6 years I knew the law. By law, a vendor must sell a product at the advertised price. Even if it was a mistake and they forgot to change the sign next to the product. The cashier went out to the pump and saw that the price advertised was indeed $1.339. She did not know how to refund me the difference, so called her manager, Ashley. The manager was snarky with me. She did not want to refund me without being there to see for herself. I explained I was on my way out of town, going to Minneapolis, MN for 2 weeks. She said that she would mail out a refund if it was determined I had one coming. Today is 5-22-2020, I never heard back from her. I will be seeking out the owner next. It was not that large an amount of money, but it is very poor business to quibble over a $6 price difference with a customer when they were clearly in the wrong. It is not good for getting repeat customers or for their reputation. Ashley displayed very poor customer service skills and has no business being in management.

Close to my house I go there everyday! All the ladies that work there have amazing personalities! I always leave smiling!! And they are quick to check in the back for something out of stock!

Other places are much friendlier and less expensive. Most of the employees don't want to do their job.

I work across the street and the people are always nice and friendly. They have cheep cigarettes also.

Staff is rude and act like you're a bother. Typically on their cell phones. Shelves are empty in the store, with little to choose from. Not a good place to visit. Nothing convenient about the store!
