Took forever to get our food. It was room temperature by the time they got it to us. They didn’t give my son a toy in happy meals but both of his sisters got theirs (that was fun in the car for the next 4 hours). And they didn’t include my wife’s sweet and sour sauce for her nuggets. 2 stars and that’s considering it’s a McDonald’s.

Went on7.11.2020 at 2pm Drive through ordered a large fries and 20 piece nugget. Had to wait 1 min for hot fries. When the young man came out he had on no gloves or a mask. Then, we open the bag and the large fries looked like a medium. Please do a better job of keeping your employees safe. AnAnd, getting your order correct.

Which is it? Your employees can't read, can't comprehend, or can't be mature and professional enough to do their job properly? Order 100% wrong! Ordered 2 sandwiches no onions. Made with what appeared to be extra onions and then some. When I called to comment on the service no one would answer the phone. You need to refund my $10.98 for ruining my food and my meal. Packaging says cooked when you order is a lie at 230am. Burgers were not even warm enough to melt the cheese. And then you wonder why McDonald's is loosing customers to other franchise. Open your eyes and you will know exactly why. Quality and correctness is just as important as what you serve.

7:52 PM 12-5-20nRude.... And will refuse to wait on you...nI stood there for 5-10 minutes and the staff refused to wait on me. Infact one came from the other side of the bar and cut right in front of me.... I ended up buying something from Loves instead.
