Tried to charge me a fee to cash a check drawn from one of their own accounts. What a joke of a bank! Note to account holders!
Placed on hold for 15 minutes due to problem with debit card not processing a charge with plenty of funds in bank.
I've been sitting here for 15 minutes and no one has said anything. There is only one other car here. They haven't helped her either.

I opened up a spending card , with the intentions of using it for gas and being able to budget my finances, I waited two months to receive this card, and after reciving my second monthly account statement I called and inquired about it . When I talked to the bank they stated that I had to have a address verification to be able to have the card sent to me. I had no contact from the bank what so ever, by means of phone call or letter. I went I to the bank to close my account and hopefully get my money back , but when I asked about it they said they can not give any fees back and as well charged me a a charge me a fee to close my account and I will never ever do any more business with this bank again terrible customer service
