Bone's is great BBQ restaurant. We live in Bismarck and were here visiting. There were 7 of us and the food came out very quickly. Everything was very good. Bone's is much better than the chain restaurants like Famous Dave's.
Man that is good barbecue, everything was delicious. Favourable without being overpowering. Moist melt off the bone ribs, excellent brisket, baked potatoes and coleslaw. I'll be right back ud83dude00
Food was great! Meat had a great flavor all on its own and the sauce was a nice addition.
The food and prices were good, just not overly spectacular. Granted, I'm pretty sure there were only 2 people working due to Covid restrictions. Otherwise they gave great service and it was a fun atmosphere
Very nice looking place. Beer was cold. Then it went to hell in hand basket after that. Not sure they could even locate Texas on a map. The so called brisket, I'll call it roast, was not good at all. The sausage was questionable at best. I don't believe they even own a smoker to cook the meat on. The dessert was store bought for sure. So eat at your own risk. But if by chance you have ever eaten real BBQ don't waste your time or money.
