We booked kind of last minute, they got us in and we arrived late due to some rain storms that delayed us they were very accommodating. I would recommend trying to get a spot down by the water as those are closer to the pool, water, bathhouses and store. (Unless you have a golf kart super easy to access)Everything was pretty clean and updated. Was ran by very nice people they were always available, helpful and respectful. We asked for wood multiple times and they delivered it to our site seamlessly. Made for a worry and hassle free stay would highly recommend and we will come back for sure.

We love boating and get away as often as we can. We have been to other camping and boating resorts and we thought to try and join a members-only resort, and it has really paid off for us.nnThe marina is beautifully located with great views and access to several restaurants and pool bars close by. Our rig fits comfortably in our slot, backed up against a wooded area, and easy access to a clean bathhouse and near the well-stocked convenience store.nnWe combined a slip and camper site lease and we love the discount on our annual dues.nnThe new ownership has stepped in to provide more spaces, clean pool, awesome support to members, and great hospitality! They really care about their members.

We enjoy the outdoors, but this was our first time to join a members-only camping and boating resort, and we are beyond excited! We knew the on-site camping resort was under new ownership and couldn't be happier with the excellent member service and upgrades. They had their member needs in mind when they made all of the improvements.nnWe had a few RV issues and the staff was very helpful to get us all hooked up and ready to enjoy the resort. They even take care of their members with fair pricing at the private Tiki bar and convenience store.nnIf you are looking for that facility with clean bathhouses, pool, member support, and huge lakefront, you couldn't pick a better place.  Great resort, hiking, and hospitality!nnIt's clear the Mermaid Cove Marina truly cares about their members.

Nice place except for the gravel pit next to our camp site. Tiki bar only open on the weekends so weekday campers are SOL. Store was open but when my husband went there was no one around to pay for items. So he left. No place near by to rent a boat we could find. Nothing really in the area to do either. We were told there was more to do on the other side of the lake but nothing really where we were. Other than that it was a nice place.

This may possibly be the best public/private marina on the entire lake. Great camping, swimming and convenience store right on the edge of the lake. Great place to spend some time with your family! The exclusivity with the members only camping and boating really makes a difference.
