Veracruz Jr is not only the best best Mexican Restaurant in mid Missouri, but one of the best overall restaurants in Missouri. Zeke, Fransisco and their co-workers are always on the ball and you can always expect a fast friendly service. The food tastes better than the regular Veracruz ( Veracruz Sr., if you will) in Versailles Mo, it seems more fresh and is always hot. In the super off chance something is wrong, the guys at Veracruz Jr will make it a priority to not only fix the problem but to be sure you have an even better experience than expected. Personal favorite is the Chicken Special with an extra side of Queso Cheese sauce ( there is no comparison in the world, MUST TRY ) You can expect your food in about 10 minutes after you order unless they are SUPER busy and then you can expect maybe 15 minutes. They won't let your drink run dry and will keep you satisfied. Speed, taste, and genuine people working there make Veracruz Jr the place to eat!

My husband and daughter came here as a family for the first time. I must say I was very amazed!!! The salsa and cheese was on POINT!! Our waiter was incredibly sweet as my clumsy self spilled my daughters drink everywhere and he was very quick to clean it up and assured us that it was no problem! Very impressed. Little pricey but we definitely got what we paid for. Thank you all for a gracious experience and FANTASTIC STAFF! ud83dude01ud83dude04

The waiter was super nice, quick, and helpful. They jave a dressing they make that he said is real popular... it surprised me because it looked like cheese.....it is not cheese, but God dipped with the salsa. The Margaritas were delicious.
