Our furnace went out just before a major storm. Dusty answered our message within 30 minutes and arrived at our remote cabin location later that day (on slick roads) and fixed the furnace. The year before he sold us a great air conditioning system and handled a warranty repair promptly. Great service and fair prices.

Called and made an appointment for a new system.nThey cancelled that appointment.nCalled again to schedule a new appointment.nThey never showed up or called.nCalled to find out the reason for the no show.nWas told they would call back.nNever happened.nIf this is the standard for an estimate.nHow will the installation go?nHow will maintenance be?nI will adjust this review as needed.
