Rick cleaned the canopies at the Sonic in California. He did a great job! He was quick to schedule us and showed up on time. He was not completely satisfied with the finished product the first night so he came back and finished it to perfection.

Show-Me Soft Washing did an outstanding job cleaning the outside of my house and staining my deck. Rick Armstrong, the owner, has such an exceptional knowledge of power washing. He knew exactly how to clean my 85 year old rock house. He used different products and settings for the rock and the gutters, fascia and siding to make them super clean and look like new. He also stained my entire deck. I was so impressed by the thought he put forth by papering and taping off the entire deck. He paid special attention to ensure every part was evenly covered. I haven’t come across someone as educated in his trade or who takes such great pride in his work as Rick, in a long time. Truly a professional!
