Truly a pleasure purchasing from Putnam! Bill and Penny were the kindest people to work with. We were not from Missouri- however they made sure that the process was complete from beginning to end, so that when my husband arrived- he wasn’t at the dealership for long. I asked a question about rebates, and not only did they look into it- they found one for us. Bill Campbell, Kevin Hill and the entire staff are professional, courteous, friendly and fun! If we ever need to buy another vehicle we will return to Putnam. We highly recommend this dealership!
