The flying j is really good. Good pizza and entrees and good coffee. They have the amazing coffee bean grinders. The store is clean with great customer service and very friendly and well mannered employees.nnSTAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS HUDDLE HOUSE. There is no customer service. I sat in there for almost a half hour and didn't even get an acknowledgement from the server eventhough she walked by several times.nWhen I went in there, there was someone waiting for their food and a half hour later still waiting so they are very very very slow as well.nnThe flying j is 10 stars and the huddle house is -50 stars if possiblennAnd I didn't get bothered for parking in a reserved parking space without paying

This store was extremely clean. The cinnamon rolls smelled wonderful when you walked in. The restrooms very very clean also. Very friendly and helpful employees. We will stop here again. Keep up the great job!!!

Wait for a shower was ridiculous. Porter cleaning them kept walking away. 5 showers open 6 people in line. Should be cleaning quick. I know they have required breaks but every few minutes is not necessary.

Some of the employees are extremely rude and unwilling to help customers. Other employees were nice. When stopping at this travel stop on the way to a rodeo in Festus, MO, we realized that we had severed through our trailer light cord. We needed to find wire crimps to splice the wires together. I went in searching for some and after not seeing them I asked an associate. This associate wasn’t sure so he asked another employee. This employee did not even stop to talk to me and stated, “We have only what’s available there ma’am” and pointed at the auto section. I was asking to make sure I wasn’t over looking them. Although the stop is very convenient with a horse trailer. We will be finding a different travel stop next time we pass through.

F/T RV’er who uses the Flying J app to pay for fuel so I use the truck fuel pumps to get my long 5the wheel in and out easy. Pump wouldn’t take code given by app (which I’ve done several times and works just fine). Clerk had no idea what the Flying J app was, called the manager Darius who said I needed to call my company - as I said, I’m an RV’er - he just blew me off. Music in the store was way too loud difficult to even speak with the cashier. Line a mile long and one person working the fuel counter. Worst. Flying. J. Ever.
