Nathan provided a bid and a planned start date, contingent on weather. He stayed in touch periodically to let me know he was still on schedule, and patiently worked through the stain choices with me when I struggled with the various types. I even changed my mind a couple of times but he worked with me to confirm he understood what I wanted. He began the job on schedule, worked on the weekend to catch up from rain delays, stayed in touch, was professional, and the job turned out great! Final cost came in at exactly the bid amount. I highly recommend Nathan - it was a breath of fresh air to work with someone who communicated and got the job done in the anticipated timeframe.
