The gym is always kept clean, and the equipment is kept in good working order. There are plenty of options to fit your workout needs and goals. The owners are also very supportive and encouraging to you. You don't need to feel uncomfortable about going to the gym they welcome you and assist in anyway possible. The tanning beds are also kept clean with new hot bulbs. Great place!!!
