Ordered food, had a delivery order and a lady go to the counter and order after we did. Both of them got their food before we did and both of those orders contained more food than ours( ours was 5 boneless wings and a small pizza) about 15-20 minutes of sitting here an employee asked us if we were waiting on food. About 5 minutes after that we had our food, so they obviously had just forgotten our order to begin with. Wont be going to this location again.
I was just there today with my 1 year old daughter I ordered 2 pizzas (which were great ud83dude01) without thinking how I was going to get the 2 pizzas out to my car while carrying my daughter was given a drink while we waited I had help from one their employees (carried the pizzas to our while I safely carried my daughter I will go back again don't remember seeing a name tag otherwise would have mentioned a name
I ordered a large speciality Pizza, It was loaded with topping with deep crust. One good Pizza.
One of the worst places I've ever eaten at. My party and I were at this establishment late Saturday evening and automatically encountered one person bold enough to belittle the cashier like they were the manager (however as the night went on and we had issues that lady would never show her face again). The cashier was so swamped with orders, in person and over thr phone, that she kept mixing everyone's orders and forgetting to deliver orders out to the floor. A member from my party noticed that the kitchen staff were handling raw dough with no gloves on in which he decided to make it known that he was aware of this. Some of us had already eaten the salads from the bar before this was pointed out and even though we didn't eat our food (that we paid for) we were sick afterwards. One of the workers from Subway cared more than the Mazzio workers did about the issues. How horrible of a place and what a waste of money.
Food just wasnt that great and the high chairs ft and looked like they had never been clean. Our waitress was really nice and helpful though.
