Service was prompt & friendly but the fries / onion rings / chicken nuggets / mozzarella sticks / jalapeno poppers all tasted the same and were not good. Bathrooms were disgusting, paper towel dispensers not working. Coca-Cola Freestyle machine had maybe 30% of the full menu functioning, with lots of items greyed out, plus it looked like one of the cartridges exploded on the floor in front of the machine. $50 I wish I would have spent elsewhere.
Never go to this restaurant specifically. All the food is very low quality, barely any toppings, they don’t even try to interest the customers into coming back. There was an employee that was being pretty rude. Everything in there was sticky especially the bathrooms. So my recommendation is go to Arby’s or Long John Silver instead. And if anyone says it was clean they are lying!!!
I am so tired of coming thru drive thru and order a specific sandwich a specific way and they NEVER get it right. Proper customer service shpuld MAKE the person taking the order to read it back to you AND put it on the screen so it is RIGHT!! Can't get good service EVER!!!!!
Dry crispy chicken sandwich. No, not everything needs mayonnaise to be juicy...
While is was super excited to see that Burger King has opened their dining room that was the end of the positive experience. The staff could be heard loudly using profanity throughout my entire visit, which could be heard from the back of the dining room where I sat with ear buds in.nnThe food was mediocre at best and the wifi (which I was needing) was not functioning well enough to even send an email.
