Compared to some of the pizza places, they were on time with delivery and delicious.
Rude! Worst Pizza Hut around. They pretty much make up their prices and don’t follow the advertised prices. The employees have a serious attitude problem. Gave them a second chance and they left us sitting in drive through while we starred at our pizza. Wouldn’t even acknowledge us, just kept walking past us. Finally the manager came out with her attitude, no apology and told us she was on the phone and it basically wasn’t her fault.
Spent 30.00 on 18 wings that got delivered to the wrong hotel,and whats worse is the people took the wings knowing they didn't pay for them. 2 hrs later still waiting for my dinner and not even an offer of a discount or anything for the drivers error..Then the driver just puts my food on the ground and doesn't even stick around to answer door to make sure I got my food
Terrible. Ordered a pizza and went to pick it up 20 min later and the guy didn't ring it up, so had to sit another 10min in curbside pickup. The puzza hut in Hannibal is the worst one for service. Papa John's from now on!!!!
