Love this gym! Good music, knowledgeable staff, and friendly gym-goers. I liken this gym to a small classroom, as opposed to a Gold's Gym or Planet Fitness. Here, you can do the workout of the day and get individual attention from the personal trainers there to help you get stronger or fix a minor injury.

I was in town for a little over a week for work and United was extremely accommodating in getting me in to work out when I needed. As a power lifter training on the road, finding a facility that has all of the equipment I need is sometimes difficult. But they had everything I needed and then some. Great facility, great staff. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a place to train.
