Store manager has consistently been rude, one employee even stated to take that little money I spend everyday somewhere else.several female cashiers are very disrespectful as one of them asked me what the hell was I looking at; this was said in front of the store manager who did nothing. After being a customer there for10 months this was the last straw. I encourage others that I've seen that have encountered such disrespect and disregard and lack of appreciation to take their business a few blocks up where your purchases will be welcome and appreciated with respect as I am from now on.
I have been coming here exclusively for 5+ months on nearly a daily basis.nAll i wanted was to swap out a product I had purchased (It was basically expired) I had a great attitude and a smile on my face, I was non confrontational. I simply asked if I could swap it out for a newer product. I was met with a very bad attitude and belittled in front of other customers. I guess I expected more out of a place I had been coming to for quite some time, its not like I came charging in demanding the world.nI do not know why the manager was so rude to me.nnEven politely declining my request would've sufficed.nnEverything I had to explain (proving the product is old) is backed up by a simple google search.nnTo sum it up they have lost another customer, sadly google reviews probably do not do much and nothing will come of this.
