Beyond helpful. If there is a better deal when ordering by phone they will let you know. Food has been on time considering how busy they have been. And always tastes great.
Ordered online a specific toppings. Order came within 30 minutes but was wrong. Called and informed them they made an oops. The employee offered a remake at no cost. Cool!n45 minutes later I get a call from them asking for help finding my place. Aided them, the driver STILL got the wrong house. Driver called me, I directed him to the correct house. Get the pizza and its NOT cut.
Ordered carside pickup Pizza was supposed to be put in the back of the vehicle it was put in back seat. Waited over 40 minutes in front of the store went in 15 minutes after app said it was done ask for pizza to be brought out had to go in store again 10 minutes later they wanted to hand it to us we asked that it be brought out which took a few more minutes. Terrible service would not recommend them at all. No one in the store was wearing a mask
Just ordered for delivery using the app. My bank account was charged but the dominoes app says there was a problem with the payment and they canceled my order. So basically they got paid and I didn’t get a pizza. I called the restaurant and was told I would have to take it up with my bank. They weren’t even willing to discuss a refund of the money they took from my account or the pizza that I paid for. Worst customer service I have ever had from a restaurant in Chillicothe.
The last 3 times I ordered pizza, they had very bad customer service. I went to there pick up window to pay for the pizza and paid for it. The person I paid had just put my pizza in there pickup location, and it took me 8 minutes to get them to give me my pizza. The 2nd time, I ordered curbside pickup and told them I was driving a vehical pulling a trailer. I parked to side of the building so I was not blocking the front of the store or there drive way. I had to go up to there pick up window after the pizza tracker had said they finished my pizza 15 min before. The last time, they did not even cut the pizza.
