I had some work done over a rust patch at Jeromes on 10/5 till 10/7. Scott the manager did an excellent job in making sure the car got processed through quickly.nnThank you Scott, and Amanda at the front for your great service and to their techs for quality body work.nnTheir shuttle driver is a great guy too and was prompt to take me to work after the drop off and return me at a convenient time after the repair was completed.
I was quoted 8K to paint my vehicle. 3-4K to paint the bottom half. I don’t know why this company would upsell their service when caranddrivers.com consumers reported, “they spent between $1000 and $3500 for what they described as good-quality, ‘thorough’ paint jobs. According to consumers who reported their prices to the site, it takes at least $2500 to obtain a ‘showroom quality’ paint job.” Called a few shops in LA and they don’t charge as much either. There must be a disconnect here.nnIf I’m paying 8k, my car better have gold plating included.
Scott the manager is very professional and helpful. Also the ladies in the front office are very polite and professional. They don’t make you wait long and if they do they make you feel right at home! I highly recommend this body shop! They are also very thorough in what they do! In and out. No problems. Very resourceful. Questions and concerns answered in a very timely manner. Car was cleaner then when we left it. Superb service.
Had my Camry worked on here after someone backed into both doors on the driver’s side. They did a great job; the doors look as good a new. Clean facility, friendly staff, and timely repairs. Two thumbs up from me.
