Very unprofessional over the phone. Not sure how you get business without going to see what's wrong to obtain a bid... Definitely will be taking my business elsewhere.

I called Hotwire three months ago for an electrician to come out and install full wiring on my tiny home. They asked if they could call me back in an hour and never did. I called them a few days later and they told me it would be 6 weeks for someone to come out and give me a quote. I said that was fine and they told me someone would call to get that scheduled. I am now at 11 weeks past being told they could give a quote and no one has contacted me to set it up. I have called three additional times, leaving voicemails each time for a call back with no response. I guess my money is no good here an now I am having to pay and electrician to come in from Reno to do the job. Thank you Hotwire for not only putting my project now a month behind but for also making me feel like you don’t care about small home projects like installing a full electrical set up in a tiny home. So sorry I wasted the 5 minutes of your time the girl took with me to write my name and number down. I see I am not important to you.

We have used Hotwire for several of our projects and could not be happier with their work and services. They do an excellent job every time!

Answers the phone. Does the job right,no cutting corners. Showed up when he said, 3 man crew and finished the job fast. Very fair price. Will refer to others.

Tried saving money for my mother inlaw by running wire in conduit and digging the trench and now they won't finish the connections to the circuit breaker.
