Five stars just does not seem enough. We have been loyal customers for over two decades. Whether it is buying the perfect vehicle or service after the sale, you will NOT find a better dealership! NO high pressure sales or gimmicks here. They have always gone the extra mile to get us exactly what we want for the best possible price. The service department cannot be beat. They are knowledgeable, upfront and honest and always address any questions or concerns we have about our vehicles. We would like to thank Chris and Gary and all the staff at Chillicothe Ford for 20+ years of over the top GREAT service. We really do appreciate you!

We purchased our brand new Ford ecosport from there. Matt was very professional and knowledgeable. He helped us before the sale and even after the sale was complete. Chris was very patient with us and our 3yr old climbing under his desk!!!!nWe will definitely go back and do business with them!!!

My family and I were in the middle of a cross-country drive when I ran over something big on I-72 in our Honda Odyssey. We drove a ways to the next town (Chillicothe) and were on our way to the nearest service station to inspect our van (we were leaking something) when our car died right next door to Chillicothe Ford. They kindly offered to tow me in and inspect it. The staff were very sweet to my family, even offering treats to my kids. My fuel tank had been slashed open and they clearly didn't have the part in stock, but found one in a salvage yard in KC that could be in the next day (much cheaper than a new one and quicker to get us back on the road). They helped put my family up in a nearby hotel which gave us a discounted rate due to our circumstance and even offered us a loaner vehicle free of charge so we had a way to get around town while we were waiting for the repair to be done. To say we got the royal treatment would be an understatement. They were honest, friendly, and more than fair. It felt amazing to receive such old-school honest to goodness customer service. We were back on the road 28 hours after the accident occurred and so grateful to everyone at Chillicothe Ford who helped make it happen! Y'all are awesome!

I had a great experience purchasing my new Super Duty F350 from Chillicothe Ford. I was shopping online, and found the truck I wanted at their dealership.Matt and Chris were both very helpful while we were considering the deal, working thru delivery options, getting a spray on bedliner installed, negotiating the financing, and everything that needs to happen to buy a truck. Matt drove the truck to Denver for me, had it professionally cleaned and detailed after the trip, and we were able to finish all the paperwork quickly and efficiently. I gave him a ride to the airport, had a easy and friendly visit on the way. I like my new truck, and would reccomend Chillicothe Ford!

My car broke down early on a Saturday morning. They had it picked up within a few hours and it was fixed by the next day! I couldn't have asked for better service! They have been very helpful and easy to work with since day 1 when I bought my car back in 2016! Highly recommend!
