I was very happy with my visit to have the oil changed & fluid levels checked, plus a tire check. I was able to get right in (earlier than my appointment). They did find a filter that needed replacing, which I was happy to agree to. I didn't feel pressured to have several other things done this time. A friend of mine happened to be there (her husband was trying out used vehicles) & we had a nice visit, while my vehicle was being worked on. We are Ryan Family Customers. I live in Minot and buy in Minot. I have always had great experiences shopping with Ryan dealerships. Jon Sortino was our salesman. Great guy and honest as they come. Kim and John in finance were great and we also got to meet the service advisers. Josh in service is awesome. Billy, the General Manager was also great. I highly recommend Ryan Chevy!
I finally was called back a week later with a better proposal for the truck I ended up buying from them. In the end I’m very happy. I will not give a 5 star because I think their communication could be worked on. But I’m very happy otherwise!

Eric was our salesman. Absolutely amazing super nice very patient explained everything and then some answered all of our questions and more. Definitely would go back for future purchases and go through Eric again
