This Company is great to work with, I'm from roughly 9hrs away and bought a vehicle from them. The people I dealt with were all down to earth and knowledgeable. Very fast and reliable!! We purchased our 2010 mustang within an hour and some change! Theyre willing to work with you and made the process so easy!! Highly recommend!
It can take more than 2 hours for them to chance your oil, and after the appointment they TELL you to give them a five star review before you leave. Everyone was nice but I can’t stand the unprofessional act of telling a customer to give the business good reviews. They even called my phone to tell me to give them a good review!
I bought a used truck, working in the area from out of state. Had a few hiccups with my truck right after I bought it. Told them I couldn’t take off work anymore to bring it back so they came and picked it up, fixed it and brought it back too me. Never had a problem with these honest guys, like I have had at other ford dealerships.
