From the sales staff (super helpful and not pushy) Eric and Fred, to Michelle in finance (also made everything easy), to Sydney and JR in service (very knowledgeable and helpful), to the maintenance tech who even helped me learn how to setup my weight distribution hitch, to the helpful folks in the parts department and, not to forget the very nice ladies at the front desk, my experience was excellent! I would definitely recommend Capital RV in Minot to anyone. Had I not just moved to Florida I would always go back to them for parts, service or my next camper. I’m always happy to give a good review when it is earned and they definitely earned it!
My wife and I had been looking at getting a new camper and found what we wanted on line. I then filled out the information they asked for to get the process started. This was on a Sunday, and when I called on Monday afternoon, they put me in contact with Michelle Barber. She's in the finance department, not sales, but assured me that she would take care of what needed to be done so I could get the camper.nI will say this for not being a sales person she did the best job ever! By the time my wife and I got our camper, we not only got the best service, we felt like we'd know her for years! I will recommend her to anybody that looking for a camper. Capital RV Service and parts department was also exceptional! Hands down the best experience!!!
