Ronnie is such an amazing instructor we had a blast doing pole fitness! We are going to make this a routine girls night.
I was very scared and out of my comfort zone being a plus size gal! Tamara helped me and my mind at ease! Great place to go and learn! I am considering purchasing a pole and learning more! I feel this is great exercise and strength training as well! But having someone understand your needs and work through them is important!
I have been going to The Pole Barn with Tamara as my instructor for almost a year now, and I ABSOLUTELY adore her! I was very hesitant to try out pole, but being in this studio has lifted my overall confidence 110%!! Tamara is so helpful, guiding, patient, and such fun energy! I highly recommend trying out a class! you won’t regret and will be hooked after one class! Wednesdays are my favorite night of the week because of class!❤ufe0f

The pole instructor tamara is AMAZING! I didnt think I was going to have the confidence to do pole but she made me feel so welcomed! I have learned so many new things and I have been challenged in so many ways as well. Tamara has helped me strengthen my body and love my body as well. Such an amazing place and i plan on coming back any chance i can!
