The bread on my grilled patty melt wasn't toasted.
Probably one of the worst experiences with a drive through. Never before have I ever got into a verbal argument at a drive through window. Beyond my order being wrong. They had the order wrong for the car in front of me. After the driver dug through the bag. I watched the employee take the fries out of the back and place them back on the fry rack. They them put those fries into my bag. I told the employee that I did not want the fried that the car in front of me touched. The employee rudely told me “we have it under control” and close the door on me. Also when confronted with my order being wrong she told me that it was right and I was wrong. I will never be back to this jack in the box.
Order my food took about 15 minutes after I paid before I got food. I order 4 taco's and a sourdough jack. The sandwich was not prepared correctly and was barely warm. Unfortunately I wasn't able to turn back around and say something as I was just passing through Troy on my way home. The taco's were fine though.
Haven't had fast food in a long time and wish we hadn't. Worst Jack in the Box food. The food seemed old and they were busy? I'm done with this restaurant!
Where is the District Manager in all of this? Why does a District Manager allow these negative reviews and this poor behavior to continue over and over? Get rid of the store management here and start over. Hire better people and expect more from them.
