The pharmacy department is ridiculously slow. They are usually quick to fill prescriptions, but there are at least a dozen vehicles in the drive-thru at any given time, so picking them up is sometimes not possible. It's very hard to carve out 45 minutes to an hour, minimum, after work to wait in line to pick up necessary medications.
The store itself is pretty good. However the pharmacy department could use a lesson in customer service. Whenever I have called to speak to a tech about a prescription I am immediately met with resistance and attitude. Very unprofessional in my opinion.
The parking lot doesn’t have cameras in it my girlfriend had a hit and run happen to her while she was working and we can’t do anything about it because there are no cameras so now there is a big nasty dent and long scrape down the side of the car
Wooooowwwww. Could the employees at the western union desk be any more rude and unpleasant?! Jeesh ...I mean...if you hate your job that much please do us all a favor and get a new one.because of them I will litterally never come to this Walgreens again which I know they won't care but still Linda was so rude. Meanie pants.
The people who work in the pharmacy are so very RUDE and not helpful AT all. I have NEVER had this at other Walgreens, but I'm done with them, I will drive further to get what I need in order NOT to deal with these rude people!!!!!!!! If I could give 0 stars I would.
