Your dealership must be shady, because we did drive 2 hours for a vehicle that our last offer was for $5,700 for and you rejected it. You can lie to us and yourself, just remember God is who you have to answer to. To me 16 years of service means nothing if your not true to yourself and your maker. Thanks for nothing.nnR. Kelly

We drove for 2 hours with cash in hand after being told prices were negotiable over the phone. For a $6,000 car, they would not come down $300.nnDO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AT THIS PLACE!!!!nnB. Kelly

I went to look at a truck but when I arrived (no appointment) it was already in the process of being sold, no worries they had plenty of others to look at that fit what I was looking for. Went to look at a 2008 Silverado (literally sold as I pulled in) and left with a 2012. I got exceptional service and still went home with a new truck. Kelly was awesome, I guess she was the only one there that day but still had an upbeat positive attitude for as busy as she was. The financing process was quick and easy and I got a decent rate. I will definitely keep JLAUTO in mind when its time to purchase another vehicle.

Buyer beware! My son purchased his first car from this establishment. After a couple of conversations on the phone with the owner, I was assured that the car was sound. My son purchased the car cash and was happy for three weeks. The car had a bad motor and JL Auto wouldn’t return numerous calls in regards to the car. Purchased with the car was an extended warranty that would only cover $1000 for repairs. We took the car to a mechanic and after careful diagnostics it was determined the motor had two defective cylinders and the motor was toast. The mechanic assured me that this was an existing problem when the car was purchased. I know things happen with no malice intent but I could never get JL Auto to ever return a phone call for any guidance or assistance. My son was sold a bad car and JL Auto won’t own up to it. Terrible ethics were displayed with my sons experience.
